Delivery Information

If you place your order using Standard Delivery, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 working days. Standard deliveries will be despatched on the date of the order being placed unless after 11am (after this time goods will be despatched on the next working day Monday to Friday,. This service cannot be used for advanced dates. The first day of the 3-5 days starts the next working day following despatch. (Monday-Friday) Goods may be left without a signature in a secure location at the driver’s discretion.
Our rates are for UK mainland addresses but do not include UK offshore islands or other countries. We can quote for these locations on request. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday. Your delivery may also be made by Royal Mail if this is more appropriate.
We understand that your chocolates must be delivered in perfect condition, which is why we take so much care and attention when designing our packaging.

We try our best to ensure that your order is delivered successfully the first time of asking. From time to time this is not possible therefore our carrier will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour - provided of course they are in and that they are happy to accept the parcel on the recipients behalf! If your order is left with a neighbour their signature will be obtained and a card left at the intended recipients address with further details.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect in some way then you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price and all carriage costs. In the event this happens you will need to contact our Customer Service department by phone on 01604 879990 within five days of the delivery day. The returned goods must reach us within ten days of the original delivery.
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to it being despatched. After that time refunds are limited to items that arrive damaged or are incorrect. As a food item our goods are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
